In order to promote the technical progress and the improvement of the level of scientific and technological innovation in the field of civil engineering, to promote the promotion and application of new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment in engineering。In order to provide more and better technical services to member units, after research and decision to carry out 2023 the second batch of Henan provincial civil engineering construction method (hereinafter referred to as the "provincial construction method") declaration work, the relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

1. Project declaration

According to the "Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Construction Method Management Measures (Trial)", all member units are requested to actively organize the declaration of the second batch of provincial construction methods in 2023, and submit the relevant declaration information to the Chief Engineer Working committee of Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Society before October 20, 2023。

(1) The declaration project shall follow the principles of voluntary declaration and fairness, justice and openness, and submit the declaration materials within the time specified in this document in accordance with the development, declaration, evaluation and results management procedures stipulated in the Provincial Construction Law Management Measures for Civil Engineering in Henan Province (Trial) (see Annex 1)。

(2) The first applicant of the project must be a member of Henan Civil Architecture Society (can apply for membership at the time of application)。

(3) Preliminary evaluation and recommendation。All branches and local societies are invited to actively organize relevant units to applyReport to "Provincial Construction Method of Civil Engineering in Henan Province", and recommend participation after initial evaluation。

2. Working organization

The selection institution of provincial civil engineering method in Henan Province is located in the Working Committee of the Chief Engineer of the Society。

3. Requirements for application materials

(A) The paper version of the data should be packed in A4 paper, in one set, and the content includes: 1.Construction law declaration form;2.Construction method text;3.Engineering application certificate;4.Proof of economic benefits;5.Key technology non-dispute statement;6.科技查新报告(复印件); 7.Patent certificates for key technologies and award certificates for scientific and technological achievements;8.Key technology appraisal certificate (photocopy);9.Photos of the construction process reflecting the construction content, PPT or images reflecting the construction process。

(b) All the above materials should be attached with a USB flash drive electronic file (PDF file is consistent with the paper version of the document, multiple photos/awards should be set up folders, each photo/award should be named in order)

(3) The above paper version information and U disk please package and mail to the address of the work organization。

Iv. Other related matters

Any information related to the declaration, preliminary evaluation, recommendation and review of provincial construction law of civil engineering in Henan Province will be released in a timely manner on the official website and wechat public account of the society, please pay attention to it。
